Joniada was admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the High Court of Australia. She is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales and the Migration Institute of Australia.

Prior to commencing practice of her own law firm, Joniada was a practicing solicitor for a reputable migration and criminal law firm. Prior to that she was a Registered Migration Agent and the Director of her own company.

Being a migrant herself, Joniada understands that the legal system and the migration process can be complicated, costly and stressful. It is her intention to make it as easy as possible for her clients, so they can obtain their lawful status in Australia.

Personally overseeing every client's case, Joniada will be there at every step, providing honest & considered advice.
