In this firm there is only me, Joniada Zoga.

If you engage my services then you will be dealing with me and nobody else, so let me tell you a bit about myself.

I was admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the High Court of Australia in 2017. I am a member of the Law Society of New South Wales and the Migration Institute of Australia.

I began working as a Solicitor in 2018 and I have been practising immigration law ever since.

Prior to commencing practice of my legal law firm, I was practising as a solicitor for a reputable migration and criminal law firm in Sydney. Prior to that I was a Registered Migration Agent and the Director of my migration company since 2013.

Being a migrant myself I understand that the legal system and the migration process can be complicated, costly and stressful. It is my aim to make the process as easy as possible for my clients, so they can obtain their lawful status in Australia and gain their Australian residency.

Personally overseeing every client's case from start to end, I will be there at every step, providing my clients with honest & strategic advice.

I work with complex cases and I think outside the box to get the possible outcome for my clients.

Based on an initial consultation, I will accurately advise you on the prospects of your case.

Apart from immigration law I also act in wills and estates matters.

I seek justice for my clients and rights to recognition and equality before the law.

I am a very passionate immigration lawyer and a fierce advocate who I fight for the rights of my clients and what is fair and just in the Australian law.
